Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Property Career?
This unique opportunity is designed for a proven property professional who consistently wins instructions, builds strong client relationships, and wants a direct pathway to business leadership.
We are an ambitious, expanding independent estate agency looking for an exceptional growth partner. This is not a traditional administrative management role. Instead, you will be at the forefront of driving new business, securing listings, and expanding our residential sales and lettings portfolio across the Black Country.
For the right candidate, this role offers a clear, fast-track trajectory to a formal Head of Sales & Lettings position as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction & Valuation: Conduct accurate residential sales and lettings valuations, confidently converting market opportunities into instructions.
- Business Development: Proactively source and win new sales, fully managed, and let-only landlord portfolios through targeted networking, prospecting, and local market outreach.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to vendors, landlords, developers, and investors, delivering exceptional service that guarantees long-term retention and referrals.
- Market Growth: Identify pipeline opportunities to increase local market share and maximize overall business profitability.
- Compliance: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ensure all activities align with current property legislation and industry regulatory requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
