About HR Cars
HR Cars (Rising Cars Ltd) is a family-run used car dealership on Ashley Green Road in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. We sell a wide range of carefully selected used cars and offer finance, part exchange, online reservation, delivery, click & collect, and servicing and MOT. Our customers rate us 5.0 out of 5 from 432 reviews. We're now opening a second site in Tring, Hertfordshire, run as a full mirror of Chesham, so we're growing the team at both.
We're also hiring for Senior Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician at our Tring site.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on technician who can confidently diagnose faults and complete complex mechanical repairs to a high standard. This isn't just routine servicing: you'll own the difficult jobs, find the root cause and complete major repairs efficiently, and help develop our juniors and apprentices.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
