What is in it for you:
- Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday ONLY (No Weekends!) with an early 16:30 finish every Friday

What you will be doing:
- Performing advanced fault-finding and complex diagnostics on modern petrol, diesel, and high-voltage EV systems
- Executing major mechanical overhauls (clutches, timing belts, and timing chains) alongside routine servicing to manufacturer standards
- Utilising dealer-level diagnostic tools to solve intricate electrical and mechanical issues efficiently

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Ideally 5+ years of main dealer or high-standard independent experience (German brand or EV exposure is a huge plus)
Commutable Locations:
This role is based in Worthing / Sompting, making it an easy commute from Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Littlehampton, Brighton, and Horsham.
