Grow the role with you.
You didn’t get into this to hit targets or follow someone else’s script. Neither did we.
We’re truly independent and local to Kent only. We’re after a Senior Vet to lead clinically in our Tonbridge location (one off-hospital branch); someone who wants to set the bar, bring their own ideas and see them come to life. This isn’t your typical senior vet role; come with a plan and you will get a say in how the practice runs with a progression path to more.
The kit for keeping cases, fully supported

- Lap spay kit
- Ultrasound
- Digital cytology, in-house labs
- Our own ambulance
- And when a case needs more, our MRI/CT, overnight hospital and referral services are 20 minutes down the road

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
