By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.
Team/Role Overview:
Citi Issuer Services is a leading provider of corporate trust services depositary receipts. We continue to be a leader in the industry through our consultative solutions, technical expertise and talent.
Globally, Citi Issuer Services offers a full array of fiduciary, agency, depositary, escrow, and administrative services across the debt capital markets and administers more than US $9.0 trillion in assets under trust supporting over 3,500 clients. Citi Issuer Services provides a comprehensive range of support for capital market and corporate finance/development activities, tailoring solutions to meet individual client needs.
AI is now central to this mission. As Issuer leads the market’s transition to a natively digital marketplace, Citi is leveraging the enterprise-wide AI capabilities across Issuer to support our scalability and drive value across the full client and internal operations spectrum — from driving digitally native data and risk controls, to productivity tooling and client-facing intelligent services.
The SVP, AI Execution Manager will be a key strategic and executional leader for this agenda — a role that is simultaneously commercial, technical, risk-aware, and advocacy-driven.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
