Creative Director – Digital Advertising & PR Agency
Location: Global (Primarily serving U.S.-based automotive clients preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary Range: USD $180,215.00 – USD $256,100.00/Annually (plus potential bonus/incentive)

Overview
As Creative Director, you’ll inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing creative team while driving strategic client outcomes. This role demands exceptional leadership, vision, and hands-on collaboration across creative disciplines, client teams, and emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Team Leadership
- Define and communicate the vision, direction, and goals for the Creative team, aligning motivations with high-stakes business objectives.
- Mentor, innovate, and develop talent by fostering a culture of trust and creativity, pushing team members to exceed expectations.
- Recognize and nurture individual strengths, passion, and initiative to cultivate exceptional work across projects.
Client Relationship & Partnership
- Partner with client leadership, including senior executives, to build and maintain deep, strategic client relationships.
- Deliver creative thought leadership, shaping long-term branding and marketing initiatives.
- Reshape client perceptions of digital advertising’s potential through disruptive ideas and solutions.
- Take an active role in growth initiatives, from brand expansion to new client onboarding.

New Business & Market Leadership
- Drive new business opportunities and compelling pitches:
- Identify high-impact clients and trends.
- Lead strategic pitches to secure significant new business wins (current record: strong performance in the past 6–18 months).
- Scrutinize market gaps and offer forward-thinking pathways for sustained business growth.
Diverse Creative Execution & Automation
- Lead end-to-end creative in multiple domains:
- Brand campaign development
- Social media strategies
- Content creation (text, multimedia, experiential)
- Website & digital product design
- Event curation & execution
- Gain supplementary value by leveraging AI and generative tools:
- Familiarity with generative AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) for ideation, research, or automated asset creation is a strong advantage.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in creative, marketing, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
Experience
- 15+ years in creative leadership at a digital advertising PR agency, or similar specialized environments (e.g., brand building, experiential marketing).
- Proven success in securing new business wins (recently, in the past 6–18 months).
- Demonstrated industry thought leadership in pushing the boundaries of digital and integrated campaigns.
- Exceptional fiscal acumen to align creative spend with scalable outcomes.
- Ability to articulate direction clearly, balancing big-picture strategy with clients’ operational needs.
- Track record of leading B2B-centric projects, whether in automotive, technology, or adjacent industries.
- Automotive brand experience a clear differentiator.
