Product Manager - Infrastructure Platforms, Data Center Services

As a Product Manager at JPMorganChase within the Infrastructure Platforms, Data Center Services team, you will own the product strategy and roadmap delivery across a portfolio of internal technology applications. You will operate across both strategic and execution layers — defining long-term product direction while acting as Product Owner within agile delivery, owning the backlog and working day-to-day with engineering teams to deliver against commitments. You will build strong partnerships with leadership, engineering managers, technical leads, and a broad stakeholder community to bring the roadmap to life. This role sits at the heart of a team that keeps critical infrastructure running and continuously improving at global scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product strategy across a portfolio of five or more applications, defining vision, priorities, and success metrics in alignment with Data Center Services and firm-wide objectives
  • Build and manage a structured product roadmap, balancing new feature development, technical debt, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives
  • Act as Product Owner for engineering teams — own and prioritize the product backlog, write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and make scope decisions within sprints
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring engineering teams have clear, well-prioritised, and well-defined work at all times
  • Engage and manage a broad stakeholder community — gathering requirements, mapping user journeys, communicating progress, and aligning priorities across business, technology, and operations teams
  • Partner closely with Engineering Managers to align delivery capacity to product priorities and to resolve blockers, dependencies, and scope trade-offs
  • Define and track product key performance indicators and objectives and key results; use data and user feedback to inform prioritisation and demonstrate value delivered
  • Capture and maintain a deep understanding of user needs through structured discovery activities — including user journey mapping, feedback surveys, and facilitated research sessions — feeding insights directly into product prioritisation and backlog decisions
  • Champion the voice of the user and business within the engineering team, advocating for usability, quality, and value in every delivery
  • Support annual planning cycles, budget discussions, and investment cases for the Data Center Services product portfolio
  • Build relationships across the broader JPMorganChase technology and infrastructure community to identify opportunities for collaboration, reuse, and platform alignment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
