We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President – Data Delivery and Channels to join our Fund Services Team.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of data systems with strategic client-facing experience to design scalable solutions that meet complex internal and external data demands.
- Oversee design and rollout of client-facing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics aligned with SLAs and regulatory expectations.
- Lead the Data Delivery workstream for complex transitions involving Registered Funds, Alternatives, and related asset servicing capabilities.
- Own the development and execution of the data delivery plan, including source data assessment, data mapping, transformation requirements, validation approach, defect management, reporting readiness, and operational handoff.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to analyze existing data structures, reporting outputs, operational workflows, and conversion requirements.
- Drive data mapping from legacy platforms, client files, administrator records, accounting systems, transfer agency systems, reporting platforms, and downstream consumers.
- Lead detailed reporting analysis, including review of current-state reports, future-state reporting needs, data availability, field-level mapping, calculation logic, timing, distribution requirements, and client sign-off.
- Oversee data profiling, gap analysis, field-level lineage, data quality assessment, reconciliation, exception management, and issue resolution.
- Define and manage data requirements for fund accounting, investor servicing, regulatory reporting, performance, alternatives administration, portfolio data, reference data, and client reporting.
- Responsible for product management of complex data and reporting projects and programs for new business and existing business.
- Collaborates with internal Key Partners and clients to facilitate the data delivery strategy tailored to client specific requirements, including custom data transformation.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Demonstrates expertise in fund and client accounting, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Strong expertise in data hydration, warehousing, transformation, and cloud-native data architecture.
- Work with technology and architecture teams to ensure integration strategies align with internal APIs, data lakes, and cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Continuously grow and develop skills across AI/ML and GenAI and increase business acumen.
- Support client onboarding, vendor integrations, and managed service engagements by providing technical specifications and solution architecture for data flows.
- Technical proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, ETL platforms, API gateways, Snowflake, Databricks, and metadata management platforms.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
- Several years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in data delivery, integration, or client solutions in a technology or financial services environment.
- Track record of delivering complex data reporting and integration projects across global clients or business units.
