Location: London, Hybrid (office presence expected as much as possible)
Salary: Up to £170,000 + Benefits

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Vice President – Data Solutions to lead the development and commercialisation of a new data capability within the UK market.
The role exists to support the organisation's wider digital transformation, establishing and scaling a new area of Data Solutions that enables clients to mobilise and unlock value from their first-party data within media.
Working as an individual contributor, you will have significant ownership of the UK Data Solutions strategy, product roadmap, client delivery, and commercial development. You will work across Data & Analytics, Partnerships, Investment, Media Solutions, and Technology Solutions teams, ensuring UK requirements are reflected in global product development.

This role is particularly suited to someone with a data science or data analytics background who has progressed into senior leadership, strategy, and commercial ownership, while retaining the ability and appetite to remain hands-on when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UK strategy, development, and delivery of Data Solutions, including Open Intelligence and Private Data Networks (PDN).
- Drive the digital transformation of the organisation by developing and commercialising new data capabilities.
- Own product roadmaps, ensuring UK client requirements are reflected in global development priorities.
- Develop commercial models and go-to-market strategies to support revenue generation and client delivery.
- Build compelling data propositions and pitch solutions to senior stakeholders and C-suite clients.
- Partner with Data, Partnerships, Investment, Media Solutions, and Technology teams to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into commercially valuable solutions that address client needs.
- Remain hands-on where required, with flexibility to engage contractors or build a team to support delivery.
- Establish governance, operational frameworks, and documentation to ensure scalable and effective solutions.

Essential Requirements
- 10+ years experience in data strategy, data partnerships, proprietary media within a media agency or related company (e.g. publisher, ad tech, client marketing org)
- Career progression into senior positions such as Head of Data, VP, SVP, or equivalent strategic leadership roles.
- Experience within media, streaming, broadcasting, advertising agencies, consulting, or related industries.
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience connecting data solutions to revenue generation and client outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience developing and commercialising data-driven solutions.
- Ability to present and pitch complex data propositions to C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data ecosystems, media technology, and data monetisation models.
- Experience developing strategy, roadmaps, and operational frameworks.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear commercial and business outcomes.
