Key Responsibilities & Strategic Influence

  • Regional Strategy & Execution: You will evolve and implement a multi-year sales strategy for the EMEA region, to deliver double digit growth in our market segments and ensure the sustainable expansion of our market share.
  • Elite Team Leadership: You will lead, grow and mentor our Enterprise sales organisation whilst coaching and inspiring our high-performing sales teams across all our key segments. You will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous innovation to consistently exceed commercial targets.
  • Organizational Figurehead: As the preeminent leader for Life Sciences in Europe, you will act as a bridge between the brand and the market, building executive-level relationships and representing Dassault Systèmes at industry-defining forums.
  • Cross-Functional Governance: You will chair the European Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring operational synergy across all our business functions and also sit on the Global Sales Leadership team where you will influence our broader corporate trajectory and ensure EMEA’s voice shapes our worldwide strategy.

Your Experience

To successfully lead the EMEA Life Sciences organisation at Dassault Systèmes, you will be able to demonstrate a combination of the following:

  • C-Suite Orchestrator: Possesses a sophisticated "Gold-Standard" network of CEOs, CTOs, and Heads of R&D across the EMEA Life Sciences landscape, with a proven ability to pivot technical solutions into high-level business value conversations.
  • Industry Figurehead: Recognized as a thought leader within the Life Sciences ecosystem, bringing a reputation that commands immediate respect and provides the "gravitas" necessary to represent the brand at major international forums and regulatory discussions.
  • Strategic Architect: Demonstrates a mastery of long-range commercial planning, moving beyond tactical wins to design regional strategies that anticipate market shifts in drug discovery, clinical trials, and personalized medicine.
  • High-Velocity Sales Catalyst: A consistent overachiever with a track record of scaling high-performing sales organizations, characterized by the ability to close complex, multi-year enterprise digital transformation deals.
  • Matrix Navigator: Expert at driving results within highly complex, global matrixed environments; capable of harmonizing local European requirements with global corporate mandates while fostering collaboration across disparate functional teams.
  • Tech-Bio Visionary: Deeply fluent in the intersection of Life Sciences and disruptive technology (SaaS, AI, and Simulation), with the intellectual agility to lead a workforce of both technical subject matter experts and commercial professionals.
