Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer
We’re seeking a Senior Vice President, Full Stack Engineer, to join our Markets Engineering team within the FX business area. This role is located in London.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Design, build and deliver enterprise-grade AI-driven solutions, including machine learning and generative AI capabilities, to solve meaningful business problems and accelerate innovation.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Trading and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable and supportable technology solutions.
- Apply practical knowledge of modern AI frameworks, tooling and deployment patterns to support effective delivery.
- Support the delivery of solutions for a growing and strategically important business area, helping to scale capability, accelerate innovation and enhance business outcomes.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and AI-led development across the engineering team.
- Play a key role in advancing engineering best practices, using AI capabilities to improve productivity, quality and accelerate delivery.
- Work collaboratively in small agile teams to help elevate technology practices and consistently apply engineering best practices.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Strong experience designing, building and delivering scalable technology solutions in Enterprise environments.
- Experience in machine learning or generative AI use cases, with the ability to apply these technologies to meaningful business problems.
- Strong understanding of how AI can be embedded across the software development lifecycle to improve engineering productivity, accelerate delivery and enhance solution quality.
- Keen interest in developing and adopting a modern, AI-driven SDLC, including AI-assisted design, development, testing, documentation and operational support.
- Ability to identify practical opportunities for AI-led automation and continuous improvement across engineering workflows.
- Strong Java and Python development skills in mission-critical application environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, required.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
