Senior Vice President, Private Equity
Our client, an investment manager in the GCC, is seeking to hire a Senior Vice President into its Private Equity team. The role will focus on global investments, taking a senior role across the full investment lifecycle, including investment origination, evaluation, execution, due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, investment committee processes, and ongoing asset and portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and execution of private equity investment opportunities across sectors and geographies
- Develop investment theses and lead financial modelling, valuation, return analysis, and transaction structuring
- Lead due diligence, transaction execution, and investment committee processes from initial evaluation through completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with management teams, advisors, lenders, co-investors, and other external stakeholders
- Contribute to the origination and sourcing of new investment opportunities and develop relevant market relationships
- Lead portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives, working closely with management teams and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the investment team and contribute to the development of the broader team

Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience at a leading investment bank, private equity firm, or other principal investment platform
- Strong track record of evaluating and executing M&A or private market transactions, ideally with experience leading investment processes
- Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and transaction structuring capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to develop investment theses and present investment recommendations to senior investment committees
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to manage senior relationships across management teams, advisors, and other stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead multiple investment processes and mentor junior investment professionals
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university; additional languages and/or CFA are advantageous but not required
