Job Description
SVP Sales MRC
WNS is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President of Sales with a specific focus on Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results in complex, global business environments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership
- Lead the MRC Sales division, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods sectors.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture C-level client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and align company solutions to drive value and customer satisfaction.

Industry Expertise
- Leverage extensive industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods to position WNS as a strategic partner and solution provider.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

Global Market Expansion
- Drive global sales initiatives, exploring and expanding into new markets within the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods domains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless global delivery of services.

- Team Leadership
- Provide strong leadership to the MRC Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, particularly in the Manufacturing, Retail, and Consumer Goods industries.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Global market expertise with a focus on MRC sectors.
Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
