About The Company

This innovative clinical-stage biotech is developing a next-generation digital health platform to support a novel therapeutic program. The company is focused on advancing digital health solutions that integrate with its clinical development strategy, helping improve patient outcomes while supporting healthcare providers.

As the organization enters its next phase of growth, it is seeking an experienced executive to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of its digital product platform.

The Role

The Senior Vice President, Product Platform will lead the company's digital product strategy, overseeing the development of patient- and clinician-facing applications that support its therapeutic programs.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, this executive will define the product roadmap, manage external software development partners, and collaborate across clinical, regulatory, and operations functions to ensure successful product delivery and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead the development of patient- and clinician-facing digital applications.
  • Present product strategy and progress to executives, investors, and the Board.

Product Development

  • Oversee external software development partners.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across product initiatives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital healthcare solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams.
  • Align product development with business and clinical objectives.
  • Support the company's broader growth and commercialization strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • VP/SVP-level leadership experience within digital health or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record delivering complex digital healthcare products.
  • Experience managing external software development partners.
  • Strong commercial, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, MSc, or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience within venture-backed biotech or digital health companies.
  • Background in CNS, psychiatry, or digital therapeutics.
