The Role
We believe it is our purpose to “make progress thrilling” and as our creative studio’s Senior Video Editor, it will be your responsibility, alongside the Brand & Creative Director, to define, craft, and elevate our signature house editing style to keep delivering on that purpose.
Moving away from standard editing routines, you bring an exceptional editorial eye and a deep mastery of visual storytelling to our in-house team. You are a craft-obsessed powerhouse who understands rhythm, pacing, and emotional resonance. Whether you are cutting a soul-stirring brand trailer, defining high-velocity race edits, or crafting slick digital assets, you lead with relentless attention to detail, razor-sharp instincts, and a disruptive mindset that ensures every piece aligns seamlessly with Formula E's holistic brand direction and tone.
Key Deliverables
- The House Editing Style: You will own, shape, and evolve the signature editing aesthetic of Formula E. You will set the benchmark for pace, tone, audio design, and visual impact across all video output, ensuring every frame feels authentically Formula E.
- Holistic Brand & Storytelling Alignment: Working in close partnership with the Brand & Creative Director, you will ensure all video and motion content aligns seamlessly with the brand’s holistic creative vision, narrative arches, and cultural positioning.
- High-Impact Asset Creation: You will be hands-on in editing, finishing, and polishing premium long-form and short-form video assets across multiple touchpoints—including high-octane brand films, paid and organic digital campaigns, performance marketing, OOH screens, and immersive event visuals.
- Flawless Craft & Attention to Detail: You will bring meticulous execution to every stage of post-production—from precise cutdowns and seamless transitions to sound design, audio mix, and color finishing—ensuring flawless quality control on all final deliverables.
- Conceptualisation & Creative Instincts: You will bring strong editorial instincts to the table, interpreting creative briefs and raw footage to pitch innovative cutting styles, dynamic visual concepts, and narrative treatments that push the boundaries of sports and entertainment storytelling.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
