At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest open customer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!
Our vision is to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews. We’re well on our way, but there’s still an exciting journey ahead. Join us at the heart of trust.
We're on the lookout for an exceptional Senior Video Producer to be the craft lead on our video output taking ideas from brief to final cut and making content that resonates with audiences and drives real impact across our channels.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role in our in-house Studio team. You'll be the person who takes a brief and runs with it through every stage of production. From brand films and customer stories to social content and executive communications, you bring consistency, technical craft, and creative flair to our video output, always with an eye on quality, efficiency, and results.
You'll work alongside our designer, copywriter, and content specialists and have the autonomy to shape how the work gets made, and a creative leader to push your thinking and back your ideas.
What you'll be doing:
- Produce our video work end to end: including ideation and storyboarding through to lighting, shooting, editing, and delivery.
- Lead hands-on filming and production: being readily available for shoots at our London office, as well as occasional on-location filming across the UK (and potentially beyond).
- Deliver strong post-production: taking the lead on editing, colour grading, and audio across multiple formats and platforms.
- Prioritise and manage the video content pipeline: collaborating with cross-functional teams across brand, social, product marketing, internal comms, and paid media to deliver high-impact storytelling aligned with business goals.
- Direct and film senior leaders and key stakeholders: including our CEO, executive team, and external clients - creating a comfortable environment to capture authentic, polished stories.
- Maintain and manage our production gear: ensuring in-house cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and studio setups are maintained.
- Manage & brief freelancers: when a project needs them, drawing on the Studio's freelance pool, ensuring creative alignment, budget control, and consistent quality standards.
- Track performance insights and platform trends: to continuously optimise output for engagement, watch time, and conversion across digital and social channels.
- Keep our production process up to date: including reusable templates and asset library.
Who you are:
- A technical expert on production tools: You have hands-on proficiency with camera setups, lighting, recording, and editing (Adobe Premier).
- A self-starter with a bias for action: You make things happen; you identify opportunities, solve production challenges independently, and hit deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Smart about when to bring in help: You know the difference between a project you should make yourself and one that needs support.
- Flexible and shoot-ready: You are based within commutable distance of our London office for frequent studio/office shoots and are comfortable travelling for UK-wide location filming as needed.
- An end-to-end storyteller: You have a standout portfolio demonstrating your ability to direct, shoot, and edit emotive brand stories, snappy social-first content, and high-visibility corporate videos.
- A genuine collaborator in a creative team: You work alongside a designer, copywriter, and content specialists. You contribute to ideation sessions, give and take direction well, share work in progress, and are comfortable having your ideas built on by others.
- Collaborative and stakeholder-savvy: You’re confident directing talent of all levels, from nervous first-time interviewees to executive leaders.
- Organised and delivery-focused: You balance creative craft with practical constraints, managing timelines, media asset management (MAM), and multi-deliverable schedules seamlessly.
- Trend-aware: You live and breathe modern video formats, pacing, and digital storytelling trends across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
- Nice to have: Comfortable in After Effects and other Adobe creative tools & experience on how AI can assist your workflows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
