About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Videographer / Video Editor to create high-quality, engaging visual content across social, digital and brand campaigns. You’ll be involved throughout the creative process, from developing concepts and planning shoots to filming, editing and delivering final content. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically strong, with a good understanding of what makes content perform across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and treatments for video and social content.
- Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video and photography.
- Create engaging, social-first content for platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
- Operate cameras, lighting and sound equipment.
- Edit footage, audio and motion graphics to a high standard.
- Present or appear on camera when required.
- Manage projects from concept through to final delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging content and social media trends.
- Collaborate with creative and wider project teams to deliver against briefs.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer, filmmaker, content creator or similar role.
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency in professional editing software.
- Excellent understanding of cinematography, lighting, sound and composition.
- Strong photography skills.
- A good understanding of social media content and current trends.
- Strong creative and storytelling ability.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating your work.

Experience with motion graphics, presenting or working in an agency/brand environment would be advantageous.
