At the heart of West London sporting life, Legends Global works in partnership with Chelsea FC as their official F&B provider to deliver excellence on and off the pitch.

About the Role

Lead the delivery of world-class VIP hospitality at Chelsea Football Club, creating unforgettable experiences across premium suites, lounges, restaurants, and events. As a key hospitality leader, you will drive operational excellence, uphold exceptional luxury service standards, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure Chelsea’s hospitality offering remains industry-leading, commercially successful, and best in class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead world-class hospitality operations across VIP suites, lounges, private dining and premium event spaces, ensuring seamless delivery on matchdays and non-matchdays.
  • Inspire, develop and lead high-performing teams, driving recruitment, training, engagement and succession planning to deliver exceptional service standards.
  • Create unforgettable guest experiences for VIPs, clients, sponsors and partners, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance retention and revenue.
  • Drive commercial performance and operational excellence, supporting sales growth, cost control, stock management, financial administration and continuous innovation.
  • Champion compliance, quality and continuous improvement, maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, food hygiene, presentation, reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrable senior hospitality leadership experience, with a track record of managing large-scale premium hospitality operations and high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, prioritise effectively and deliver under pressure.
  • A passion for outstanding guest experiences, bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach and unwavering attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, labour costs, stock control and operational performance.
  • A solid understanding of compliance and operational best practice, including food hygiene, health & safety and licensing requirements, alongside strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office and EPOS systems.
