The Mission

We aren’t looking for a traditional corporate product designer who spends their days building basic administrative dashboards or running endless user research sprints. We need an elite Visual & Brand Designer with high-end aesthetic judgment, dark-mode visual mastery, and a solid product design foundation to define the visual universe of Pack.com.

Pack.com is a gamified shopping platform for mystery packs and physical goods. Your primary mission is to create a sleek, high-dopamine visual experience for our users. You will design everything the user sees and feels: mystery pack container visuals, item rarity states, victory sequences, dark-mode web interfaces, and motion-heavy brand assets. You sit at the exact intersection of digital art, gaming culture, and conversion-focused visual design.

While you understand core UX logic and layout systems in Figma, your true superpower is visual craft, composition, lighting, and creating assets that make an e-commerce platform feel like a high-end gaming title.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Platform Visual Identity: Define and own the entire visual universe for Pack.com—establishing brand guidelines, custom iconography, typography, lighting effects, and color hierarchies.
  • Gamified Mystery Pack Assets: Design mystery packs, digital-to-physical vault items, loot boxes, and rarity tier badges that bring high-energy casino/gaming flair to physical e-commerce.
  • High-Dopamine Visual UI: Architect sleek, dark-mode user interfaces for gamified shopping experiences (case openings, reward multipliers, wallet connections, and physical vault redemptions).
  • Unboxing & Motion Mechanics: Design micro-interactions, particle effects, victory animations, and unboxing sequences that elevate the emotional thrill of opening a pack.
  • Figma Design Architecture: Build and maintain high-fidelity UI kits, visual component libraries, and design tokens to ensure fast, pixel-perfect developer handoffs.
  • Cross-Ecosystem Brand Execution: Produce high-converting marketing visuals, social launch assets, and campaign art across both Pack.com and our broader gaming network.
  • Sleek, High-Octane Visual Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing dark-mode web interfaces, rich digital art, custom iconography, and modern gaming, Web3, or iGaming visual identities.
  • Visual Software Fluency: Expert command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with an elite eye for composition, lighting, typography, and color theory.
  • Product Design Foundation: Solid understanding of basic UX principles, grid systems, layout logic, and responsive design—you can turn high-end visual art into usable, dev-ready web screens inside Figma.
  • Gaming & CS2 Culture Pulse: Deep familiarity with competitive gaming culture, CS2 skin aesthetics, loot-box mechanics, and modern drop-culture design trends.
  • Solo Execution & Speed: Ability to take a raw creative brief and deliver finished, polished visual assets end-to-end without needing a team of animators or illustrators beneath you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
