Senior Visual Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Visual Designer based in United Kingdom.

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead the creation of impactful marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and visual assets that strengthen a globally recognized technology brand. Accountabilities

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating outstanding visual experiences that strengthen brand perception and support business growth. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and product-focused teams to translate strategic objectives into compelling design solutions while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.

  • Lead the design and delivery of complex marketing campaigns, product launches, and high-visibility brand initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Partner with teams across brand, product marketing, growth, content, and lifecycle marketing to develop creative solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Evolve and refine the visual identity by applying brand principles to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain excellence in typography, layout, composition, motion, and overall visual execution across customer-facing materials.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback, and creative guidance to designers and external creative partners.
  • Contribute to creative direction, concept development, and strategic design thinking for major initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring exceptional quality, organisation, and timely delivery.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced visual designer with strong expertise in brand, marketing, and digital design. You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and creating work that balances creativity, strategy, and measurable impact.

  • 4-7 years of professional visual design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience designing for technology companies, startups, or fast-paced environments, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS or digital products.
  • Proven ability to lead significant creative projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of modern digital design practices and motion design principles.
  • Ability to develop original creative concepts while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and strong execution standards.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, customer behaviour, and how design contributes to business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
