Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Travel Retail West to appoint a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive, over a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract, based in our London head office. This role reports to the VM Manager and is based in our office 4 days per week with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Visual Merchandising projects across Travel Retail EMEA, ensuring execution is on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage new store openings, renovations, campaign launches, pop-ups, and promotional activations in partnership with Store Design, Brand Teams, and retailers.
  • Oversee project budgets, supplier management, production, logistics, installation, and asset delivery.
  • Plan and deliver campaign collateral, lightboxes, planograms, and VM updates across the region.
  • Maintain VM calendars, databases, and asset compliance, ensuring accurate records and effective inventory management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, installers, and external agencies to ensure best-in-class execution.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and drive continuous improvements to processes and in-store execution.
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and support VM training, workshops, and Go-to-Market meetings.
  • Coach and support junior team members while promoting collaboration and high execution standards.

About You

  • Experience in Visual Merchandising within beauty, fragrance, luxury, or premium retail (Travel Retail experience preferred).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for premium retail execution.
  • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region when required.

  • SketchUp or similar 3D visualisation software (preferred)
