Senior Voice Operations Engineer

Global Investment Bank

12-month Contract

Location: Chester based, 3 days per week.

Rate: Up to £550 umbrella, Inside IR35.

I'm currently working with a leading global investment bank to hire an experienced Senior Voice Operations Engineer to join a high-performing global infrastructure team supporting enterprise voice and collaboration services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Unified Communications who enjoys working in a fast-paced production support environment.

  • PowerShell (desirable)

You'll be responsible for supporting global voice infrastructure, troubleshooting complex voice and interoperability issues, working closely with network, transport, and Microsoft support teams, and ensuring high availability across enterprise telephony platforms.
