Founders of Mazi Restaurant Group, Adrien Carre and Christina Mouratoglou, are seeking an exceptional Waiter to join the team at Maza Mayfair, our newest and most exciting opening in the heart of London.

The Position
We are looking for a confident and experienced Senior Waiter who can lead by example on the floor and deliver first-class service at every stage of the guest journey.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional service with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
- Supporting junior team members and helping maintain high standards
- Running a section efficiently during busy services
- Building strong product knowledge across food and beverages
- Creating a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations
