We are currently recruiting for a Senior Waiter/ Waitress for our 5 Star The May Fair Hotel and its iconic May Fair Bar.

Overview:

  • Delivering warm, attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey
  • Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of our food, wines, cocktails and beverages
  • Confidently making recommendations and creating opportunities to enhance the guest experience
  • Ensuring tables and service areas are beautifully presented at all times
  • Supporting and guiding colleagues during service
  • Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Handling guest requests and feedback professionally and positively
  • Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail

About You:

  • Previous front of house waiting experience of working in a high-end food led operation is essential.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • A warm, confident and engaging personality
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and attentive during busy service
  • A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to support others
  • High standards of personal presentation and attention to detail
