The Senior Wealth Client Specialist (WCS) role supports the Wealth Division's Family Office and multi-family office clients. The position has responsibility for all service-related activities such as money movement, distributions, account opening/closing/maintenance and research. Establish excellent partnerships and demonstrating a high level of client service are key expectations of the role. The Senior WCS also assists with office related support such as coordinating and preparing for client meetings, mail handling and distributions as well as assisting with ordering office supplies when needed.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Service & Support: Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations. Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries. Determines target needs and provides resolution. Handles escalated support issues. May serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, and assists in calls or presentations intended to solicit business.
  • Data Analysis: Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data. Performs complex analysis to determine trends in market, product, or customer information, and provides reports for wider business use.
  • Product Expert: Offers expertise and serves as a resource to both internal and external parties. Identifies and resolves issues in sales processes.
  • Documentation: Prepares and inspects documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 4 years' experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations
  • Preferred Area of Experience: Prior experience in wealth management and/or supporting high net worth family office.

For MA and NY, the base pay for this position is generally between $38 - $46 per hour. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
