Senior Wealth Consultant – HNW and Professional Partnerships

Our legacy gives us a deep understanding and unique insight in Professional Partnerships and the needs and requirements of their Partners. We are building a proposition that is unique and compelling to disrupt the incumbent advisers in this space, through quality of Wealth Advisers, service and proposition.

This builds on our heritage in complex planning including pensions, and has provided us with a strong foundation to excel in delivering clear, comprehensive and holistic advice to our clients.

We are a national firm of Wealth Advisers, and believe that individuals deserve a better alternative to the current status quo. In doing so we will allow clients to make better informed decisions around their finances delivering financial confidence in meeting their future goals and aspirations.

As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent financial planning, wealth consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a network to match.

We are recruiting for Wealth Advisers primarily in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds and Bristol.

What does the role entail?

As a Wealth Adviser with Isio Wealth Planning, you will support and drive our engagement and success through:

  • Engaging your extensive network of contacts including Accountancy and Legal firms.
  • Collaborate with the colleagues across the business to further relationships.
  • Providing exceptional advice and service to clients through both initial and ongoing engagements.
  • Supporting our continued growth as a business by advising and servicing both new and existing clients.
  • Building our profile, reputation and engagement internally and externally.
  • Ensure Isio Wealth Planning is a credible and integrated part of our wider Isio proposition, adding value to both internal and external introducers and their clients.
  • Contribute materially to the growth aspirations of the business.
  • Maintain compliance and uphold the high standards we are reputed for.
  • Act as a financial coach and offer mentorship to sophisticated high net worth clients.

What we’re looking for?

  • Chartered status, with extensive experience as a Wealth Adviser.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a HNW client base through engagement with the Accountancy and Law Practices and wider networks.
  • Provided a wide range of holistic advice to clients.
  • Prepared to work both independently and collaboratively with the team and wider business.
  • Have an established network of external firms who have introduced individuals to you and ideally be a recognised individual in the Professionals community.
  • Have a strong reputation of excellence in client advice and service.
  • Possesses the ability and presence to establish credibility, confidence, gravitas, and trust in both one-on-one situations and group environments.
