Senior Web Analyst
We’re working with a growing fashion ecommerce retailer looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join their Digital & Ecommerce team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analytics professional to take ownership of web and app analytics, CRO and experimentation, with the chance to have a genuine impact on digital performance and the customer journey.
You’ll be the go-to person for digital performance data, working closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Marketing, Product, UX and Development teams to turn insight into meaningful commercial improvements.
The role will include:
- Owning web and app analytics, tracking strategy and tagging governance across GA4, GTM and app analytics platforms
- Leading the CRO and experimentation programme, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Analysing customer journeys, funnels and drop-off points to identify opportunities for improvement
- Building dashboards and automated reporting across key digital KPIs
- Using customer segmentation and cohort analysis to influence marketing, merchandising and personalisation
- Ensuring tracking is accurate, well-governed and GDPR compliant
- Presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders across the business
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

We’re looking for someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in web analytics, ideally within ecommerce, retail or fashion
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with app analytics tools such as Firebase, Adjust or AppsFlyer
- A proven background in CRO and A/B testing, using platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty or similar
- Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills – SQL would be highly desirable
- The ability to turn complex data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
- Experience working across both web and app analytics
- Experience within fashion ecommerce would be a bonus.
