Senior Web Analyst

We’re working with a growing fashion ecommerce retailer looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join their Digital & Ecommerce team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analytics professional to take ownership of web and app analytics, CRO and experimentation, with the chance to have a genuine impact on digital performance and the customer journey.

You’ll be the go-to person for digital performance data, working closely with Ecommerce, Trading, Marketing, Product, UX and Development teams to turn insight into meaningful commercial improvements.

The role will include:

  • Owning web and app analytics, tracking strategy and tagging governance across GA4, GTM and app analytics platforms
  • Leading the CRO and experimentation programme, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Analysing customer journeys, funnels and drop-off points to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Building dashboards and automated reporting across key digital KPIs
  • Using customer segmentation and cohort analysis to influence marketing, merchandising and personalisation
  • Ensuring tracking is accurate, well-governed and GDPR compliant
  • Presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
