Senior Web Analyst

Love digging into digital data and finding the story behind how customers behave online?
As our Digital Analyst, you’ll become Zuto’s go-to expert for digital analytics, helping us understand the customer journey, improve marketing performance and identify opportunities for growth.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business, turning complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that help us make smarter decisions.
What you'll be doing
- Owning our digital analytics end-to-end and acting as our Google Analytics expert.
- Digging into customer behaviour to uncover trends, opportunities and areas of friction.
- Building dashboards and reporting that turn data into clear, useful insight.
- Working with acquisition teams to understand performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Supporting our testing and CRO strategy, helping build an experimentation-led culture.
- Developing attribution to better understand the full customer journey across online and offline channels.
- Using GA4, BigQuery and other data tools to improve reporting, accuracy and understanding.

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and commercially minded, with the confidence to turn data into recommendations people can actually act on.
You’ll ideally bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a Marketing, Digital or Web Analyst role.
- Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of attribution and marketing effectiveness.
- Experience building dashboards and visualising data.
- A good understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Evidence of using insight to deliver measurable improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
