Senior Website Optimisation & Performance Manager

Paysafe is looking for a Senior Website Optimisation & Performance Manager to join our Global Marketing Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Senior Websites Manager.

This role supports the optimisation of website user experience, conversion performance, and app store visibility across our B2B and B2C portfolio, including Skrill, paysafecard, PagoEfectivo, and the Paysafe B2B website.

Working closely with the Senior Websites Manager and agency partners, the successful candidate will help execute website enhancement projects, support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives, and contribute to app store optimisation (ASO) activities. This is a hands-on role suited to a data-driven marketer with experience in website performance, experimentation, and digital optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of website enhancement projects, working with internal stakeholders and agency partners to improve user experience and conversion performance.
  • Assist in the execution of CRO programmes across multiple brands, helping identify testing opportunities, monitor results, and implement improvements.
  • Support app store optimisation (ASO) activities for paysafecard, Skrill, and PagoEfectivo, including keyword research, creative asset updates, and performance monitoring.
  • Work with agency partners to ensure optimisation activities are delivered on time and aligned to agreed objectives.
  • Maintain and utilise optimisation tools such as Optimizely and AppTweak to support experimentation and app store performance.
  • Collaborate with Creative, SEO, CRM, Paid Media, Product, and Analytics teams to develop and optimise digital experiences.
  • Monitor website, app, and experiment performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Support content, landing page, and customer journey improvements based on data and user behaviour.
  • Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve testing, analysis, and optimisation workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in website optimisation, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and optimisation best practices.
  • Familiarity with Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, or similar experimentation platforms is advantageous.
  • Understanding of app store optimisation (ASO) principles; experience with AppTweak or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret website and app performance data and make practical recommendations.
  • Experience working with digital agencies or external vendors is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Interest in AI-enabled tools and digital marketing innovation.
