Job Summary:
The Senior Wellsite Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the integrated delivery of SLB services during offshore drilling operations. Acting as the primary interface between SLB, the Company's Drilling Supervisor (DSV), drilling contractors, and service providers, you will support safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of drilling programmes.
As a key member of the offshore management team, you will provide operational leadership, coordinate resources, manage risk, and drive collaboration across multiple service lines to meet customer objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide operational and technical leadership across the integrated SLB service scope offshore.
- Act as the primary SLB interface with the Company's Drilling Supervisor (DSV) and offshore stakeholders.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and logistics to support efficient well construction operations.
- Support planning activities and ensure resources are aligned with operational requirements.
- Participate in operational, planning, and safety meetings.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration between SLB Business Lines, drilling contractors, and third-party service providers.
- Support risk management activities and the implementation of lessons learned.
- Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer and company standards.
- Assist with operational investigations, performance reviews, and reporting as required.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the oil and gas industry with exposure to drilling and well construction operations.
- Strong understanding of offshore drilling operations and integrated service delivery.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders within a complex operational environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong focus on HSE, operational excellence, and service quality.
- Right to work in the UK.
- IWCF Well Control certification.
