SENIOR WHOLESALE MANAGER

GLOUCESTERSHIRE - HYBRID

UP TO £100,000 DOE

Are you a Senior Wholesale Manager looking for a new challenge at an industry leading company based in Gloucestershire?

Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Senior Wholesale Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for a candidate that can be hands on when needed, but somebody who can build international functions on a strategic basis.

International travel is included as part of this role.

The role:

  • Define and execute a wholesale growth strategy aligned with the company's positioning in the market
  • Consistently identify new opportunities across the globe
  • Own, nurture and develop relationships with existing key accounts
  • Manage seasonal order books, sales targets and wholesale P&L, providing regular forecasting and performance reporting to the senior leadership team
  • Lead and mentor the Wholesale team, fostering a high performance culture
  • Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure that the wholesale range is commercially optimised
  • Represent the company at events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and challenges to identify new opportunities
  • Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure fulfillment, delivery windows, and service levels consistently exceed expectations

  • Proven track record of commercial growth
  • Established, standing relationships across the globe
  • Demonstrated ability to manage wholesale P&L, budgets and forecasting
  • Experience leading a commercial wholesale team
