SENIOR WHOLESALE MANAGER
GLOUCESTERSHIRE - HYBRID
UP TO £100,000 DOE
Are you a Senior Wholesale Manager looking for a new challenge at an industry leading company based in Gloucestershire?
Our client is an industry leading brand based in Gloucestershire. They are looking for a Senior Wholesale Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. They are looking for a candidate that can be hands on when needed, but somebody who can build international functions on a strategic basis.
International travel is included as part of this role.

The role:
- Define and execute a wholesale growth strategy aligned with the company's positioning in the market
- Consistently identify new opportunities across the globe
- Own, nurture and develop relationships with existing key accounts
- Manage seasonal order books, sales targets and wholesale P&L, providing regular forecasting and performance reporting to the senior leadership team
- Lead and mentor the Wholesale team, fostering a high performance culture
- Collaborate closely with all teams to ensure that the wholesale range is commercially optimised
- Represent the company at events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and challenges to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure fulfillment, delivery windows, and service levels consistently exceed expectations

- Significant wholesale experience in a D2C environment
- Proven track record of commercial growth
- Established, standing relationships across the globe
- Demonstrated ability to manage wholesale P&L, budgets and forecasting
- Experience leading a commercial wholesale team
