This is a high-profile role responsible for delivering sustainable sales growth, strengthening customer partnerships and executing commercial strategies that maximise both revenue and profitability. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Services and the Leadership Team to ensure outstanding customer service and successful execution of our plans.

If you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, negotiating commercially, identifying new opportunities and influencing business performance, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Develop and deliver wholesale and key account strategies that achieve sales, profit and market share objectives.
  • Create and implement Joint Business Plans with key customers to drive sustainable growth.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities, close listing gaps and expand Beaphar's presence across existing and new product categories.
  • Manage customer pricing, promotional investment and commercial terms while maintaining strong P&L performance.
  • Analyse sales performance, profitability and promotional ROI, providing regular insight and recommendations to senior management.
  • Lead customer business reviews and develop strategic growth plans.
  • Work closely with Marketing to deliver successful product launches, promotional campaigns and category initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Services to ensure excellent product availability, forecasting accuracy and customer fulfilment.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with wholesale partners and key retail customers through regular engagement and proactive account management.
  • Monitor market trends and customer developments to identify opportunities and mitigate commercial risks.
  • Deliver product and category training to wholesale partners where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
