Senior Windows Desktop Engineer - Hedge Fund - £150K

Our client is one of the world's leading hedge funds and are looking for senior and very technically strong Desktop Engineers to join them in their London office.

You’ll support hundreds of users in a Windows environment across Exchange and Outlook, Office, M365, Azure and Active Directory etc.

  • Great knowledge and experience in a Microsoft environment supporting Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure cloud etc
  • Strong skills with Active Directory, Group Policy, access solutions and software deployment
  • Excellent PowerShell, automation and scripting skills
  • Strong desktop hardware knowledge
  • Linux experience would be ideal but not essential
  • A degree - Ideally Computer Science or another STEM subject
  • Excellent communication skills - A “customer facing” way of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Motivated, proactive approach to work
