Senior Workday Analyst (Contract)

Location: Primarily Remote (UK) – office attendance approximately twice per month

Duration: 12 Months

IR35: Inside IR35

Market Rate

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join a global HR Technology team on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, with strong knowledge of Workday Data and Security. Broader experience across additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, and Talent & Performance would be of benefit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM platform.
  • Gather business requirements and deliver Workday configuration changes.
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead configuration through design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Support Workday releases, new functionality, and system optimisation.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance best practices are maintained.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across Workday HCM and related processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Skills

  • Strong Workday HCM configuration experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Data and Security.
  • Experience supporting Workday releases and configuration changes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working within large, complex organisations.

  • Experience working within global Workday environments.
