Senior Workday Analyst (Contract)
Location: Primarily Remote (UK) – office attendance approximately twice per month
Duration: 12 Months

Market Rate
We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join a global HR Technology team on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have deep hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, with strong knowledge of Workday Data and Security. Broader experience across additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, and Talent & Performance would be of benefit.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance the Workday HCM platform.
- Gather business requirements and deliver Workday configuration changes.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead configuration through design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Support Workday releases, new functionality, and system optimisation.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and governance best practices are maintained.
- Provide subject matter expertise across Workday HCM and related processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Skills
- Strong Workday HCM configuration experience.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Data and Security.
- Experience supporting Workday releases and configuration changes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Previous experience working within large, complex organisations.

Desirable
- Experience with one or more additional Workday modules, including Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, and/or Talent & Performance.
- Experience working within global Workday environments.
