Senior Workday Finance Consultant (Contract)
Location: UK (Remote)
Contract: Inside IR35
Rate: Flexible
Start Date: September 2026

Overview
We are supporting a major UK organisation that has recently secured a significant transformation programme and is looking to engage an experienced Senior Workday Finance Consultant on an initial contract basis.
This is a fully remote opportunity, working as part of a high-performing Workday delivery team on a large-scale public sector programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a large-scale Workday Finance transformation programme.
- Configure and optimise Workday Financial Management solutions in line with business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable Workday Finance solutions.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and integration capabilities.
- Provide Workday best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering Workday Finance implementations or transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or Workday Extend.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within large, complex programme environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote delivery team.
- Active SC Clearance or eligible is essential.
