Focus on WD are seeking a Senior Workday Financials Analyst with a strong hands-on skillset to play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the new Workday Financials platform for a Global Market-Leading business, driving continuous improvement and supporting a major finance transformation.

Job Title: Senior Workday Financials Analyst
Location: Surrey - Hybrid Working Pattern
Salary: Up to £85000 per annum plus bonus/benefits DOE
This is a full-time Permanent opportunity.

Key Deliverables:
- Take ownership of the Workday Financials platform, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the Finance function.
- Deliver new functionality and enhancements that improve business processes and user experience.
- Work closely with Finance and Technology teams to shape and prioritise system improvements.
- Lead testing and support successful Workday releases.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, reporting and data quality.
- Ensure the platform is optimised, well-governed and delivering maximum business value.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on Workday Financials experience with proven configuration skills.
- Solid understanding of finance operations and enterprise systems.
- Experience delivering Workday enhancements, releases and continuous improvements.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to turn business challenges into practical solutions.
- Good knowledge of Workday reporting, security and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.
