Senior Workday Support Advisor

Company: Live Nation

Department: Human Resources

Location: Remote (UK)

Reports to: Workday Training & User Support Manager

Working Hours: 40

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (18 months)

Role Description

The Senior Workday Support Advisor plays an important role in delivering a high-quality support experience for Workday users across the organisation. Working within the global Workday Support team, the role is responsible for resolving user issues, performing key Workday administration activities, maintaining support documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement across the HR systems support function.

Supporting users across EMEA, APAC, and North America through our ticketing platform, the role helps ensure users can access timely support, accurate guidance, and effective self-service resources.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Workday support professional to expand their expertise across Workday administration and knowledge management while playing a key role in transforming support services for a large multinational organisation. You'll help shape an AI-enabled support model, drive self-service adoption, and deliver an improved user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve Workday user queries, providing a high standard of customer support and acting as an escalation point for more complex issues.
  • Perform Workday administration activities, including organisational maintenance, security role assignments, data quality activities, and support for onboarding acquired businesses.
  • Support Workday releases and configuration changes through testing, validation, and support readiness activities.
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge articles, SOPs, FAQs, user guides, and process documentation.
  • Analyse recurring issues, support trends and user feedback, recommending improvements to processes, documentation, and user experience.
  • Build effective relationships with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to support system adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Support ad-hoc projects, research activities, and business initiatives as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
