The Role
As Senior Workforce Coordinator, you'll lead scheduling across Medinet Group's contracts. You'll make sure every shift is covered with skill-matched, compliant clinicians, and that new contracts launch fully staffed and ready to go. You'll line manage members of the coordination team, act as the escalation point when things get complicated, and work closely with Service Operations, Customer Account Managers, and our recruitment and compliance teams.
Flexible shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday, on a rota basis, 5 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing
- Scheduling and rostering clinicians across multiple specialties and contracts, keeping fill rates high and agency usage under control
- Leading the resourcing side of new contract mobilisations, including staffing models, rotas, clinician documentation, training and IT access before go live
- Line managing and developing members of the coordination team
- Planning workforce capacity ahead of demand, with contracts resourced around 12 weeks in advance
- Handling day-to-day scheduling escalations and making sound decisions under pressure
- Producing regular reports on scheduling performance, staffing and costs
- Making sure all scheduling meets our governance, compliance and contractual standards

What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in clinical scheduling, workforce coordination or healthcare operations, ideally in insourcing or a similar environment
- Experience working across multiple specialties and contracts
- Some line management or supervisory experience
- Experience supporting or leading new contract mobilisations
- Confidence with rostering systems, CRM and reporting tools
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm when priorities shift
- Willingness to travel regionally when needed
