Overview

As our Senior Workforce Technology & Insights Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of workforce analytics, partnering with HR and business leaders to turn workforce data into actionable insight, improve global processes, and enable smarter decisions through Oracle HCM and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.

Help shape the future of workforce intelligence through AI-enabled analytics, automation, and digital worker capabilities that improve decision-making, reporting efficiency, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use workforce data and system insight to identify opportunities to simplify HR processes, strengthen controls, and improve employee and manager experience.
  • Apply a strong understanding of Oracle HCM business processes, data structures, security, and downstream reporting to investigate issues from source transaction to analytical output.
  • Support the effective operation of the FDI environment, including data refresh monitoring, reporting security, dashboard governance, release impact assessment, issue investigation, and controlled deployment of changes.
  • Design workforce dashboards, reports, and analytical products across Oracle FDI, HCM, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Analyze workforce trends and drivers, translating findings into implications and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support a global workforce across multiple regions, legal entities, and business units, helping deliver consistent workforce insight and reporting at scale.
  • Investigate data anomalies and root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and verify resolution.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and increase the adoption of trusted workforce insights.
  • Handle sensitive workforce data in accordance with applicable privacy, security, access control, and retention requirements.

About You

  • Naturally curious and analytical, with a desire to understand not just what the data shows, but why it is happening and what actions should follow.
  • A proactive problem-solver who challenges assumptions, drives continuous improvement, and builds credibility through strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
  • Significant experience in workforce analytics, HR systems, business intelligence, data analysis, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience developing and governing workforce reporting through Oracle HCM and Oracle FDI, or a comparable enterprise HR analytics platform.
  • Experience owning dashboards or analytical products through requirements, design, validation, release, adoption, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Strong experience investigating data-quality issues across source systems, reporting layers, and business processes with practical experience using SQL and Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Experience presenting complex workforce findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the connection between HR transactions, system processes, data models, security, reporting layers, and analytical output.
