Senior Workplace Strategy Consultant | London
£70,000 + bonus
Bespoke Talent is working with a Design & Build business in London to recruit a Senior Workplace Strategy Consultant.
This is an opportunity for an experienced consultant to lead complex client programmes, mentor junior colleagues and help shape the growth of the workplace consulting function.
Working at the start of the workplace journey, you’ll help clients understand how their people work, what space they need and how their workplace can support wider business goals. You’ll turn research and data into practical recommendations, taking ownership across multiple projects and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
The role:
- Lead complex workplace strategy programmes, taking responsibility for client delivery, quality and outcomes.
- Oversee multiple projects, managing priorities, resources and timescales.
- Lead client workshops and presentations, guiding senior stakeholders through decisions about location, space and new ways of working.
- Translate workforce and workplace data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with design and delivery teams to carry the client’s workplace vision through the project.
- Mentor junior team members, developing their consulting skills and confidence.
- Support the wider growth of the function through service development, strong client relationships and identifying further opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

- Significant experience in workplace strategy or consultancy, with a strong track record of programme leadership and complex client delivery.
- Confidence taking ownership of several projects and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to connect workplace recommendations to business objectives.
- A collaborative approach, commercial awareness and an interest in creating better workplaces for people and businesses.
