Hybrid working
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role
We are seeking Senior Workplace Engineers with experience across End User Technologies with core expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint. This includes strong technical expertise to design, implement, and manage enterprise collaboration solutions. Knowledge and experience of Mobile Device Management and AVD will be an advantage.

Your skills and experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Expertise in M365 administration, configuration, and tenant management.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in M365 environments.
- Experience with Sharepoint site architecture, permissions, content management, and document libraries.
- An in-depth knowledge and good understanding of Microsoft Windows O/S (Windows 11, Windows 10), including build, configuration, and registry settings is required, along with a level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intune/ SCCM experience including OS deployment, application deployment, faulting finding, monitoring, and reporting desired.
- Networks experience to include an understanding of LAN/WAN/vLAN and Wi-Fi technologies, DHCP, DNS/WINS, PXE, and VPN/remote connectivity.
- Understanding of AVD Technology.
- Security – knowledge of disk encryption using bit locker, NTFS permissions, and shared folder security.
- Computer peripherals - including but not limited to printers (including MFD's), display screens, docking stations, port replicators, cameras, and scanners.
- Working Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software (ServiceNow).
- Automation - Understanding of Scripting technologies such as PowerShell, VB Scripting, and batch Files is beneficial.

Security Check (SC) Clearance:
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
