Salary
A competitive salary from £58,480 to £87,720 depending on the experience you can bring

The Customer and Workplace Proposition function builds Aegon’s proposition for EBCs, employers and customers. It also manages the technical elements of the Master Trust and the overall customer service experience.
Reporting to our Marketing Transformation Director (Workplace and Customer), we are looking for you to lead the innovation and concept development of Aegon UK’s Workplace ARC products and services. The team will develop and implement all proposition changes relating to new innovations, competitive responses or react and respond to regulatory or wider macro changes. You will be responsible for facing off to all internal and external stakeholders, as well as Governance committees.
In this role it is important to always consider particular developments or activities in the context of the customer and Aegon’s strategy and commercial imperatives. You will be a key provider of supportive information for use on product and service development, ideation and innovation, including future trends and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for providing detailed support and input on specific components into the overall channel architecture and its development. This includes facilitating workshops, owning detailed proposition specifications / plans and answering detailed propositional questions.
- Collaborating with Customer Experience and Insight to ensure customer research is carried out with the appropriate analysis to support current elements and newly proposed changes.
- Being responsible for the development of cross-functional take to market plans for all project deliverables and ensure they are in place across all developments managed by the Workplace Proposition team.
- Supporting pilots and/or prototypes, where appropriate, to test product and service changes ahead of full development. This then enables the ownership and development of the elements of the business case related to product and service changes.
- Helping to ensure all product development, product reviews, risk management and control frameworks are embedded and adhered to within the Workplace Propositions team and the products it owns.
- Working closely with all other parts of Marketing to ensure that appropriate promotional and support activity is developed and implemented to make the product and service changes successful. This will involve providing them with the relevant and accurate information / data that they require.
- Building reports and presentations exhibiting and analysing the implementation, progress and success of all Workplace products and services.
- Supporting key strategic relationships with partners
- Subjecting matter expert support on Workplace ARC to support new business pitches as well as market and member communications
