The Role: Senior Youth Worker
The Senior Youth Worker will bring this to life day to day, with an ethos of adventure play and high-quality, reflective youth work practice. The role will work closely with the CEO and will combine direct delivery with supporting the development of a positive organizational culture, leading a team of youth workers, safeguarding oversight, and strategic leadership of our youth offer.

- Job title: Senior Youth Worker
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
- Location: Somerville, 260 Queens Road, London SE14 5JN
- Hours: 30 hours per week, including regular evening sessions and school holidays
- Salary: £32,000 pro-rata
- Contract: One year fixed term
- Holiday: 28 days plus bank holidays pro-rata
- Responsible for: Sessional youth workers, and volunteers, as agreed
- Works closely with: CEO, Business Manager, sessional staff, volunteers, children, young people, parents, carers, families, schools, and local partners
