Senior YouTube Analyst, UK & EMEA (Fixed-Term Contract)

Req ID: 10158993

About the Role & Team

Are you passionate about using data to shape content strategy and drive audience growth? As our Senior Analyst, YouTube UK & EMEA, you'll play a key role in helping The Walt Disney Company optimise performance across our owned YouTube channels, reaching audiences across the UK and 32 EMEA markets.

Working closely with the UK & EMEA YouTube team, local market teams, Disney Consumer Products, Brand Franchise Management, global research teams and external partners, you'll turn complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that influence content, audience, creative and channel strategy. You'll be the go-to expert for YouTube analytics across the region, helping teams make informed decisions that maximise impact and engagement.

If selected for this role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Youtube, UK & EMEA.

This is a fixed-term contract expected to run until approximately September 2027. The role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values: acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Analyse audience, channel and content performance across The Walt Disney Company's YouTube ecosystem throughout the UK and EMEA.
  • Create post-campaign analyses, dashboards and regular reporting that communicate performance, progress, learnings and success.
  • Define and maintain KPIs, benchmarks and growth metrics to measure channel health, campaign effectiveness and business impact.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of channel management, content strategies, creative approaches, campaign delivery, audience targeting and brand performance.
  • Translate complex performance data and research into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for channel managers and stakeholders.
  • Advise on content types, creative formats, franchise content, presenter talent, creator activity, audience relevance, playlist strategy and scheduling approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency across both paid and organic YouTube activity.
  • Lead the measurement and evaluation of tests, experiments and platform innovations, including YouTube alpha and beta initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for YouTube insight and analytics across UK lines of business and EMEA markets, providing guidance, best practice and support.
  • Partner with local market teams to ensure regional nuances are reflected in reporting, benchmarking, KPIs and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with Disney Consumer Products, Brand Franchise Management and global research teams, representing the EMEA perspective in global projects and initiatives.
  • Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and support agency briefs, commissioned research and project debriefs.
  • Serve as a super-user for YouTube CMS and third-party analytics platforms, supporting vendor relationships, user administration and training across the region.
  • Share platform developments, emerging trends and best-in-class examples that encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide insight on influencer and creator activity and support wider social media and social listening analysis when required.
  • Help stakeholders confidently interpret and communicate performance by making complex analysis accessible and actionable.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
