Senior Building Surveyor to Director | Remote-led | £65k to £90k+ DOE

I’m representing a growing independent property and construction consultancy with a strong national workload, repeat clients and genuine scope to shape this appointment around the right person.
The level is open, from experienced Senior Surveyor through to Associate, AD or Director.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead surveys, feasibility work, specifications and technical design
- Take projects from initial brief through planning, Building Regulations and delivery
- Handle Contract Administration and project management
- Produce technical and construction drawings
- Build trusted client relationships and help shape the surveying offer

What they’re looking for:
- Strong Building Surveying and project delivery experience
- Confident with design, specifications and technical drawings
- Able to run work independently and make decisions
- Comfortable dealing directly with clients and contractors
- MRICS/MCIOB advantageous, not essential
