Our vision is clear to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you will lead and manage agentic workflows, RAG, tool-calling and orchestration, that with the help of GenAI developers. You will raise quality and drive adoption with enterprise-grade governance from day one, while collecting requirements, and managing technical delivery for agents across Azure and AWS, M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, leveraging leading OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs with privacy and controls built in.

- Ability to translate business problems into GenAI use cases, define success metrics (ROI, adoption), and prioritize based on value, risk, and reusability.
- Experience managing/leading Business Analysis for Technology projects within Investment Bank
- Ability to manage GenAI from ideation through PoC, pilot, and production using agile delivery, dependency tracking, and iterative user feedback loops.
- Experience navigating technology delivery governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, and approval forums while coordinating across business, technology, data, security, and legal stakeholders in financial domain.
- Capability to drive user adoption through clear requirements, UX alignment, training, communications, and continuous improvement based on banker/user feedback.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include
- Agile SDLC, Jira, Projects, Excel, Power Point.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data integration, and AI platforms (e.g., Azure / AWS / Copilot ecosystem) to effectively interface with engineers and architects.
- Flexibility to work in a global team setting to support UK business in Finance domain.

Role will be based in our London office.
