Senior / Lead Data Scientist
Manchester / Hybrid | Salary to £85k + comprehensive package

We're hiring Senior and Lead Data Scientists to join a growing AI practice delivering production-ready solutions for clients across a range of sectors.
This is a chance to join a small, ambitious team where you'll have genuine ownership, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to help shape the future of the capability as it grows.
What you'll be doing
- Building AI and ML solutions from concept through to production
- Working with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP and Predictive Modelling
- Solving complex problems using structured and unstructured data
- Collaborating directly with clients and stakeholders
- Influencing technical direction and solution design

What we're looking for
- Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or Data Science solutions
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, RAG and/or Agentic AI
- Experience taking products from PoC to production
- Client-facing consulting or stakeholder management experience
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- A self-starter mentality with broad technical capability
For Lead-level hires, experience leading teams, mentoring consultants and managing multiple projects is highly desirable.
