What we’re looking for:
- Oracle HCM Fusion with deep module expertise.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in UK Payroll, Public Sector projects, and HR process transformation.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver complex, high-impact HCM solutions.
