Join one of Wales’ largest commercial legal teams. We are proud of our reputation for delivering expert legal solutions to major businesses across the UK.

We’re now looking for a talented Senior Commercial Lawyer (based in Cardiff or London) to help us grow our national presence and continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key member of our Commercial team, you’ll:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
  • Advise clients on commercial law, IP, data protection, and e-commerce.
  • Deliver training and presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Support corporate transactions with commercial, IP, and IT expertise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide strategic legal input.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in commercial law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative, client-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to professional development and upholding high standards.
