Take the lead on electrical design for some of the UKs most high-profile building projects, while shaping your path to Associate Director.

You'll be heading up the design of major landmark buildings - skyscrapers, stadia, hospitals and events centres - while working directly with top developers and influencing projects from the very start.

There's more control, less churn and far fewer of the pressures that come from contractor-side delivery. You'll guide the design development, make key decisions and enjoy hybrid working that actually works three days in the vibrant Manchester studio and two days from home.

On top of that, you'll have a clear route to Associate Director, working closely with the board and taking on more leadership and strategic responsibility as you go. It's a genuine career step, not just a title bump.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
